# Google Calendar

Add your Shortcut due dates to Google Calendar using the Shortcut iCal link.

## Overview

Add your Shortcut due dates to Google Calendar using the Shortcut [Calendar integration](/help/integrations/calendar)'s iCal link. Due dates sync one way—from Shortcut to your Google Calendar.

## Adding Shortcut iCal to Google Calendar

First, make sure the [Calendar integration](/help/integrations/calendar) is turned on so Shortcut can produce your iCal links. Then add a link to Google Calendar in five easy steps:

1. Ensure the Calendar Integration has been activated on the Shortcut calendar integration page (**Integrations > Calendar**)
2. Copy the preferred iCal link from the Calendar integration page
3. On the left-hand side of your Google Calendar, click the dropdown arrow next to **Other calendars**
4. Select **Add by URL**
5. Paste the iCal link into the URL field and click **Add Calendar**

Your Shortcut due dates associated with the iCal link you added will now appear in your Google Calendar.

> Google Calendar does not immediately refresh. It might take up to 12 hours for changes to show in your Google Calendar.
