# Status Page

Monitor team capacity and overall progress through Workflow states with swimlanes and columns views.

**The Status Page** is your single view of all people in your Workspace, their assigned Stories, and overall progress through Workflow states. Use the Status Page to monitor team capacity, spot bottlenecks, and see at a glance who is working on what.

> Note: Stories are removed from the Status Page 7 days after moving to a Done Workflow State.

## Understanding the Status Page

The Status page shows each team member as a row or column, with Story Cards grouped by Workflow State across an individual Workflow. Each Story Card displays:

* Story Type icon
* Story title and due date
* Owner(s) and total point estimate
* Card color (configurable per Workflow state in Settings)
* Iteration, Epic, Field associations
* Subtask and Checklist counts

## Choosing Your View

**Swimlanes view** displays all team members in horizontal rows, each with their Stories arranged by state.

**Columns view** displays Team Members as columns with Done States at the top and Backlog States at the bottom.

**Compact view** is a minimized display of the Swimlanes view. This is a great view for zooming out and looking across an entire Workflow and multiple users at once.

## Filtering and Focus

Filter the Status page by Workflow, Epic, Iteration, Objective, Workflow State, Label, or Team. You can apply multiple filters simultaneously, but only one Workflow at a time.

**Hide users with no Stories** via the filter menu to declutter the board when you want to see only active team members.

**User story totals** appear alongside each person's name, showing their total Story count and combined Estimate Points. This helps you spot over-allocated team members at a glance.

## Best Practices

* Use Swimlanes for sprint planning and daily standup prep with small teams
* Switch to Columns view when you need to diagnose workflow bottlenecks (e.g., too many Stories stuck in Started)
* Use Compact view during all-hands meetings or when screen real estate is limited
* Review the Status Page daily during the sprint to catch scope creep early
