How it works
Once connected, your AI Employees can search, inspect, create, and update work in Shortcut as part of the broader workflows you train them on — summarizing recent activity, creating and updating records from email or chat context, and routing exceptions to the right person with full context attached.
Access is managed per AI Employee through secure OAuth, with scoped, least-privilege permissions and human approval gates for sensitive actions.
