Ybug is a visual feedback and bug reporting widget that lets your team and users report issues straight from your website. With the Shortcut integration, every report becomes a Story automatically, complete with the context developers need to fix it.
How it Works
When someone submits a report through Ybug, it’s sent to Shortcut as a Story with an annotated screenshot, screen recording, console logs, browser and device details, and the page URL where the issue occurred. Each Story links back to the original Ybug report, so nothing gets lost in translation.
Configure
In Shortcut, go to Settings > API Tokens and generate a token. In Ybug, open your project’s Integrations settings, enable Shortcut, and paste in the token to authenticate. Then choose the default Workflow, and optionally a team, epic, owner, and labels, for the Stories Ybug creates.
