Integration

Unthread's integration with Shortcut enables seamless syncing between support conversations and your product and engineering workflows. When a conversation in Unthread needs to be tracked as a task or bug, you can create a linked Shortcut story directly from the thread. This ensures that your teams stay aligned without needing to manually update multiple tools.

How it Works

Create Shortcut Stories directly from the Unthread dashboard or Slack. Each Story will automatically include a link back to the original Unthread conversation. As the Story progresses, any updates, like status changes, are reflected in Unthread, keeping the support team fully in the loop.

Configure

Setup is simple. Visit Settings" > "Apps & Integrations" in your Unthread dashboard. Find Shortcut in the list of task managers and customize the integration settings.
