More Visibility with Observers

While Shortcut powers collaboration and communication across your organization, sometimes certain members of your team only need the ability to have a look or be notified of changes. With the new Observer role, you can now grant read-only access to key stakeholders.

As Observers, they can drop in and quickly get a view of progress against key initiatives. Whether they want to know how a Milestone is progressing or check out a Shared Workspace, everything is available to be reviewed and followed by Observers but they cannot move or edit anything.
