Shortcut: Better tools for software engineering teams

Over the last 20 years I’ve been lucky enough to work with some of the best engineers in the business, the type of people that can take an abstract concept and turn it into an amazing piece of work that is light-years beyond what was originally envisioned.

We’re building Shortcut for them.

For too many years we’ve settled for poorly designed tools that look and feel like they’re from 10 years ago (because many of them are).

We want to change things.

We want to:

  • Let teams work in a way that makes sense to them, and evolve their process as they go.
  • Get out of the way of engineers and let them communicate their progress without the friction involved with the current tools.
  • Show everyone in the company what’s being built at a high level and how things are progressing.
  • Build a tool that people truly enjoy using.

We’ve been building Shortcut for over a year now, and as of today we’re expanding the beta and letting in new companies everyday to try it out.

If this sounds interesting then head over to Shortcut.io to learn more and reserve your invitation.
