Setting Up the Integration
- Log into Fireflies.ai and go to Integrations
- Find Shortcut in the project management section
- Click Connect and authorize with Shortcut
- Configure default settings:
- Destination Team and Workflow
- How action items are detected
- Auto-create vs. review first
