Setting Up the Integration

  1. In Guru, go to Settings > Integrations
  2. Select Shortcut from available integrations
  3. Click Connect and authorize access
  4. Configure sync options

Admin access in Guru is required to enable the integration.

Using the Integration

Linking Cards to Stories

When working on a Story:

  1. Reference Guru cards using the Guru link
  2. Cards preview inline in Story descriptions
  3. Keep technical documentation linked to implementation work

Documentation Updates

Create Stories when documentation changes are needed:

  1. In Guru, flag a card for update
  2. A Story is created in Shortcut
  3. Track the documentation update through your workflow
  4. Mark complete when the card is updated
