Roadmunk is a roadmapping tool that helps product teams create beautiful, shareable roadmaps. The Shortcut integration connects your visual roadmap to development execution, ensuring plans and progress stay aligned.

Setting Up the Integration
- In Roadmunk, go to Settings > Integrations
- Find Shortcut and click Enable
- Enter your Shortcut API token
- Map Roadmunk roadmaps to Shortcut workspaces
- Configure field mappings
Generate a Shortcut API token from Settings > API Tokens.
Using the Integration
Linking Items to Epics
For each roadmap item:
- Open the item details
- Click Link to Shortcut
- Search for or create an Epic
- Confirm the link
Syncing Progress
When items are linked:
- Epic progress updates the roadmap item
- Date changes sync bi-directionally
- Status changes are reflected
Roadmap Views
Create stakeholder views that show:
- Current initiative status
- Timeline with actual progress
- Risk indicators from blocked Epics
