Setting Up the Integration
- In Savio, go to Settings > Integrations
- Select Shortcut from the available options
- Enter your Shortcut API token
- Configure default Team and Workflow settings
- Set up field mappings for feedback data
Using the Integration
Pushing Feedback to Shortcut
When you’re ready to build a requested feature:
- Open the feature request in Savio
- Click Push to Shortcut
- Select the destination Team and Workflow
- Add any additional Story details
- The Story is created with feedback context
Tracking Progress
- Story status updates sync back to Savio
- Customers can be notified when features ship
- Vote counts and customer lists remain connected
