Setting Up the Integration

  1. In Slab, go to Settings > Integrations
  2. Find Shortcut and click Connect
  3. Authorize Slab to access your Shortcut workspace
  4. Configure link preview preferences

Using the Integration

When you paste a Shortcut link in Slab:

  • Story name and description appear
  • Current workflow state is shown
  • Owner and Team are displayed
  • Click to open the Story directly

Embedding Stories

Include live Story information in your documentation:

  1. Paste a Shortcut Story URL
  2. The link automatically unfurls
  3. Status updates reflect in real-time

Reference Slab articles in Shortcut Stories:
